We inspect your entire property at no cost to you. Our HAAG-Certified Commercial and Residential Inspectors will come to your property and perform a full interior and exterior inspection to diagnose and document any structural issues.

We will coordinate all aspects of job production to ensure your insurance carrier is satisfied with the quality of work performed. Your OneWay Project Manager will also file all necessary paperwork and permits for your job, including supplements, invoices, and scopes of work.
OneWay has licensed insurance adjusters on staff to ensure your insurance claim is filed and followed through in a professional and efficient manner. Whether it be supplementing, submitting written estimates, or filing for re-inspections with adjusters, we handle everything for you to make it as stress-free as possible for our customers.
OneWay has a strong relationship with our customers. We know your property’s maintenance sometimes requires yearly inspections and repairs. For that reason, we offer our services year-round whenever you may need them in the form of Maintenance Agreements. Ask your Project Manager for details.
